CWDC NVQ funding available Independent, private and voluntary social care
organisations can access funding for staff that register for Level 3 and 4 NVQs
in Health and Social Care and Level 4 NVQ in Leadership and Management (Children
and Young People's pathway) between now and March 2010. http://www.cwdcouncil.org.uk/social-care/tsi
IMPORTANT! New Training Application Form Please note that the Consortium's new 2010-2011 Training Application Form must be used for all courses applied for which are taking place from 1st April 2010 onwards. If you send in an earlier version of the form, this will not be accepted. It is important that you sign agreeing to our new cancellation policy, i.e. if places are cancelled within 7 days (including Saturday/Sunday) you will be liable for a cancellation fee.
Skills for Care funding - READ MORE Skills for Care has funding available to support employed staff holding NVQ qualifications who wish to undertake Technical and Key Skills qualifications across the South East.
The funding available is £1,500 for both the Technical Certificate and Key Skills qualifications and is only available to those aged over 25 years old, who are in work and who may have:
- An NVQ or are currently studying for an NVQ in Health and Social Care and will benefit from accessing funding for the completion of a full Apprenticeship qualification.
- Train to Gain applicants are eligible as well.
